Great news! Mickey Gilley has agreed to address the USPA/MPA annual meeting in Branson on Saturday, May 17, at the joint awards luncheon of both organizations. Commuting regularly in his red Baron from Houston, TX, to Branson, MO, Mickey has many interesting and educational aviation stories to share with us. Although many have seen and heard him in his Branson theater, none to my knowledge have had the opportunity to hear him speak about aviation in this type of venue.
Be sure to put the entire weekend on your calendar now! And especially make note to attend Mickey's presentation at Lodge of the Ozarks on Saturday, May 17, at noon. Registration information will be coming soon. The fun and educational filled weekend will begin Thursday, May 15, at the hospitality room at Lodge of the Ozarks followed by a safety seminar at M. Graham Clark Airport at 7:00 p.m. Activities will conclude with breakfast Sunday morning. All USPA and MPA members are encouraged to attend and bring their spouses, families, and friends.
